Hi, I wrote to you after first trying Injinji and knocking off the Pennine Way blister free.

 

Well here is a further Injinji sock wearing update: In March I spent a steady 8 days walking the Coast to Coast - no blisters and fresh feet! (it only took so long because I was ill!)

 

Last week I came back from the GR20 in Corsica. A friend and I saw it off in 11 days. The walk destroyed my trainers and his approach shoes. It came as no surprise my feet were absolutely fine. Unfortunately, my walking partner who wore ‘normal’ socks suffered from blisters every day.

 

And the picture right is me having just run my first Ultra - The long Tour of Bradwell - a hilly 33 miles at the beginning of August 2011
